>On The Diamonds

>If you’ve read this blog for any amount of time you know that I like sports. So I especially love it when I get to photograph seniors who play sports. Last week I got the opportunity to spend some time with Grant. Now, I’m not sure if you can guess what sport Grant plays so I’ll give you a hint: it starts with base and ends with ball. lol

I know Grant’s got blue eyes, and we all know how much I love blue eyes, but this one screamed, no demanded, to be converted to black and white. Love the timelessness of it.

I asked him to look off toward the field like a game was going on. Anyone else feel the concentration? (clears throat) Notice the eyes? Knew you’d like them!!

Mom agreed he could wear his favorite hat for a few shots. I love it when guys feel comfortable and at ease. So much more natural. And this one? I know he’s not smiling Mom, but can’t you just see this one printed big? I can!!

Here’s that smile! It’s a great one isn’t it! I know by the end of a session most of my seniors think I’m nuts but its all worth it to get smiles like this.

Love this one. Sorry, Grant, but I have to say it: You’re adorable!

Of course, I had to get a wall shot. Why? Because this is a wall outside our local ball park stadium. He and his team have played there several times so I know it’s important. Plus, I really like the texture of the wall. haha

So Grant, thanks for putting up with me, the camera and my crazy comments. I had a great time with you!
-thanks for stopping by!
